Statement on President Trump's Verdict

UTICA, NY, May 31st, 2024 — The case against President Trump was rigged and weaponized from the start. This guilty verdict was decided in an biased venue, overseen by a Judge who donated to Biden's campaign, and whose daughter is fundraising off of the case.

We believe in the rule of law in this Country, however, when our elected officials in New York State run on "getting Trump" and weaponize the judicial system to take down political opponents, everyone loses faith in our system.

This decision will only backfire against Biden, as President Trump is on track to raise a record-breaking $40 million in less than 24 hours. Polls across swing state continue to show President Trump with a size-able lead above the margin-of-error and even within striking distance in New York State according to Emerson College Polling who found Trump trailing Biden by single digits.
